Samsung is known to be among the top selling phone and Accessories Company in the low and mid- range segment. This means that these Samsung phones are available by a high percentage of people all around the world. Therefore, due to the wide range of users of Samsung devices, the demands for safe methods of rooting are huge. Rooting has many advantages e.g. processor boost, battery boost and through rooting you can unlock all the sub- folders for android. Without further ado let us go ahead and check out the various software and methods you can use to root your Samsung device. Keep in mind that it is important to back up your Samsung mobile phone before you start the root process.

METHOD 1: ODIN ROOT.

Odin is the only rooting software provided by Samsung and therefore there is a great positivity that this tool is 100% effective. Let us check out the steps to follow to successfully root your device via this method. You need to have access to a computer, a USB cable and last but not least the ODIN which comes with a root package. Make sure that your battery level is above 30%.

  1. Head over to your browser and search for “cf auto root” to download the root package for the specific Samsung device. I highly recommend that you read the disclaimer and when you are done you can scroll down and you can see a long list of any Samsung device ever released.

2. You will notice that the Samsung devices are specified with their model numbers and not with their actual names. That is because Samsung devices have different variations for the exact same device based on the country where it is sold.

3. In order to find your Samsung’s model number, click on the “settings icon on your device.

4. Head over to the “more” section or scroll down until you see the “About device” section and tap on it.

5. Scroll down to the “model number” section and you will be able to see your phones model number. Also note the android version as we will be using these two information later on.

6. With your devices model number and android version at hand, head back to your browser and on your keyboard hold down the “Ctrl + F” and a search bar will pop up at the top right corner of your screen. Type in your Samsung device’s model number.

7. Once you have located your device in the list, you need to confirm the android version your device is running on. Make sure that the android version that your phone is using matches the one from the table. As for my Samsung phone, you can see they match.

8. Once you are sure that your device has matched the specifications, go ahead and click on “Download” and click on the provided link as indicated below and the download will begin.

9. Once the download is complete, unzip the root package as shown in the image below.

10. Once the package is unzipped, you will see the odin software and the root package for your specific device. The odin software is going to inject the root package to your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device and that is how you are going to root your device.

11. Open up odin making sure to allow all the permissions and leave it like that.

12. Head over to your Samsung mobile phone and prepare it to get rooted by putting it on the download mode. Power off your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone  device.

13. Once it is completely powered off, press and hold the volume down key + home button + power key until a warning message displays on your screen such as displayed below.

14. Thereafter, press on the volume up key and your device will be set up to the download mode.

15. While in the download mode, connect a USB cable to your Samsung device via your PC. Once your device is in the download mode and is connected to a USB cable via your computer, your computer should automatically install the necessary USB drivers for your device

16. Odin will automatically recognize your device with the first box turning blue as shown below.

17. Once your device is recognized by odin, click on the “AP” option then select the “cf- auto root package” that you just downloaded.

18. Once you are done, you are all clear to root your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device. Click on the “Start” button and the process will begin which will take between 1- 10 minutes. Be patient and wait for the process to complete and make sure that you do not disconnect or temper with your phone.

19. Once the process is done, you will get a “Reset” message.

20. Now back to your device, you will see some scripts running on your device which is totally normal. It will take a couple of minutes and your device will automatically restart and you can now disconnect the USB cable.

21. If you followed the procedures correctly, you will find that the SuperSU app is installed on your device which means your device is rooted.

22. You can confirm this by the use of the “Root checker” app that can be downloaded by clicking on the provided link.

23. Congratulations!!! You have successfully rooted your Samsung mobile phone.

METHOD 2: USING KINGO ROOT.

  1. You first need to make sure that you have access to a good internet connection.

2. Thereafter, click HERE to download and install the PC version of kingo root.

3. After download is complete, right click and select “Run as administrator”.

4. Agree to all their terms and conditions and wait for the app to complete installing.

5. Open the app after successful installation and it will ask you to connect your mobile phone but before connecting your mobile phone, make sure USB debugging is enabled in your phone.

6. To enable USB debugging, head over to the “Settings” option on your Samsung mobile phone.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on “About phone”.

8. Scroll down and tap on “Software information”. In this page keep tapping on “Build number” option until a toast message displays on your screen stating “You are now a developer”.

9. Thereafter, head back to the main settings page and below the “about phone” option you will see “Developer options”. Go ahead and tap on it.

10. Scroll down and you will find the “USB debugging” option. Go ahead and allow it.

11. After you have enabled the USB debugging, you can now connect your Samsung phone using a USB cable.

12. The progress will be shown on your phones screen.

13. After the process is complete, a screen such as the one shown beow will be displayed. Click on “Root again”.

14. The process will take time according to your network connection. Be patient while the process is taking place. After successful completion, a screen such as the one shown below will be displayed on your PC screen.

15. Congratulations!!! You have successfully rooted your Samsung mobile phone. You can confirm this by the use of the rootchecker or root check app that can be downloaded the provided link.

METHOD 3: USE OF DR. FONE – ROOT.

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Head over to your browser on your PC and search for “Dr. Fone” and select the one as indicated in the image below.

3. A screen such as the one shown below will be displayed. Select “Guide” then scroll down and click on “ Dr. Fone- root [Android].

4. On the next page, select “Try it free” depending on the type of device you are using. That is, either windows or MAC.

5. After the download is complete, install and open the app.

6. Thereafter, head over to your Samsung device settings and enable the USB debugging.

7. To enable USB debugging, head over to the “Settings” option on your Samsung mobile phone.

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on “About phone”.

9. Scroll down and tap on “Software information”. In this page keep tapping on “Build number” option until a toast message displays on your screen stating “You are now a developer”.

10. Thereafter, head back to the main settings page and below the “about phone” option you will see “Developer options”. Go ahead and tap on it.

11. Scroll down and you will find the “USB debugging” option. Go ahead and allow it.

12. Head back toyour PC and open the app then select “Root” option.

13. Connect a USB cable to your Samsung device via your PC.

14. Once the device is connected, the app will check for the device root status.

15. Thereafter, a screen such as the one displayed below pop up. Read the software user agreement (optional) and once through, click on “Start”.

16. Do not in any case disconnect the device during the process. Be patient and wait for the process to complete.

17. After the process is complete, you will be directed to a page such as the one indicated below. Tap on “Root now”.

18. After the rooting process is complete, you will get a page like the one displayed confirming that your Samsung mobile phone is rooted.

19. Head back to your phone and you will notice that SuperSU has been installed. This means that your device is rooted.

20. You can confirm that your device is rooted by using the Root Checker app or root check app.

21. Congratulations for the job well done.

METHOD 4: USING ROOT GENIUS.

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Download the latest PC version of root genius by clicking HERE.

3. Wait for the download to complete.

4. After complete download, install and open the app as administrator.

5. Using a USB cable, connect your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone phone via your PC and select “Root it”.

6. Wait patiently for the process to complete taking care not to disconnect your mobile phone.

7. After the process is complete, you will get a message such as the one shown below.

8. Head over to your Samsung mobile phone and confirm if root is installed. To do this, download the SuperSU app by clicking on the provided link.

9. After it is installed, you can go ahead and confirm your root status. By this, you need to have the root checker or root check app.

10. Congratulations!!! You have successfully rooted your Samsung mobile phone.

METHOD 5: USING A CUSTOM RECOVERY.

This is the quickest, easiest and the most followed way to virtually root any android device. This is not a standalone process as you will need to have a custom recovery installed on your device. Let us get started.

  1. First thing to always ensure is that you have a stable internet connection.

2. Thereafter, click HERE to download the superSU zip file. SuperSU is basically the file that will get your Samsung mobile phone rooted.

3. Once the download package is downloaded on your device, you need to turn off your phone.

4. You need to boot into your device custom recovery. If your device does not have a custom recovery, you can get the official TWRP recovery. Make sure that your device is completely powered off. For most Samsung phones, you need to press and hold the power button + volume up button + home button all at the same time.

5. Once you see the phone’s logo, let go of all the keys and you will be directed to the custom recovery.

6. It is not necessarily for it to be exactly like mine. It can be as the images shown below or different. It doesn’t matter as from here onwards, the process is the same.

7. On your custom recovery, tap on “Install”.

8. Thereafter, locate the SuperSU zip file that you just downloaded. Since you downloaded it from the link above, it should be in the downloads folder.

9. Once you locate the file, select it and flash it on your device.

10. The custom recovery will flash the file on your device as shown below and it will take only a couple of seconds. Be patient.

11. Once the root package is flashed on your device, tap on “Reboot system”.

12. If you followed the procedures correctly and the superSU file was flashed properly, you will see a new app installed on your device which is the SuperSU app.

13. Congratulations!!! This means that your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device is rooted. To confirm this you can use the root checker or root check app.

METHOD 6: USE OF EFTSU FLASH TOOL.

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Thereafter you need to enable USB debuggin on your device and OEM unlocking and to do this head over to the “Settings” option on your Samsung mobile phone.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on “About phone”.

4. Scroll down and tap on “Software information”. In this page keep tapping on “Build number” option until a toast message displays on your screen stating “You are now a developer”.

5. Make sure to remember the build number information and the model number as we are going to use it later.

6. Thereafter, head back to the main settings page and below the “about phone” option you will see “Developer options”. Go ahead and tap on it.

7. Scroll down and you will find the “USB debugging” option. Go ahead and allow it.

8. After you are done with that, poweroff your Samsung mobile phone.

9. After it is completely turned off, press and hold the power button + volume up button until the android recovery menu displays.

10. Using volume down button to scroll, select the “Reboot to bootloader” option.

11. Thereafter, you will be directed to a page with a “Downloading” message as shown below.

12. Using a USB data cable, connect your Samsung phone via your PC.

13. Thereafter, head over to your computer browser ans search for “EFTSU.com”.

14. Select your phone brand and the model number which we said earlier that you should remember. Confirm your build number and if they match with your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device, download the file.

15. After the download is complete, download the EFTSU flashtool and after complete download, open the tool and it will look something like this.

16. Click on “Select file” and choose the Samsung file that you just downloaded.

17. Wait patiently for the process to complete.

18. Head back to your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device and you will see a message such as shown below. Tap on “Reset” and wait patiently for the phone to erase as it might take a few minutes.

19. Thereafter, finish up with the initial reset settings and you will be directed to your device’s home screen.

20. Congratulations!!! You have successfully rooted your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone mobile phone. You can confirm this by using the root checker or root check apps.

METHOD 7: USING KINGROOT.

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Download King root.apk.

3. After complete download, install and open the app and it will look as shown in the image below.

4. Tap on “Try it” to get started.

5. Wait for the app to finish checking and verifying the root access.

6. Thereafter, tap on “Start root” option and patiently wait for the rooting process to complete.

7. After successful completion, you will receive a message such as the one shown below.

8. Your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone device will then start a security index process. Tap on “Optimize now” option.

9. wait patiently for the process to complete.

10. Congratulations!!! You have successfully rooted your Samsung Z3 Corporate Smartphone mobile phone. You can confirm this by the use of the Root checker or Root check app that can be downloaded from the links provided.
