There are various reasons why you need to hard reset your ITEL P13 . Maybe your ITEL P13 storage is full thus preventing the phone to behave normally or maybe you cant remember the password to your ITEL P13 . METHOD 1
1.Navigate to setting icon on your ITEL P13 mobile phone.
2. Scroll down to the last menu to backup and reset.
3. Select the option labeled “reset options.”
4. choose “factory data reset” option.
5. Tap the “reset phone” to confirm you want to delete everything.
6. Select “yes erase everything” to proceed.
7. Congratulations you are through! Wait your phone to restart.
METHOD 2
1.Power off you mobile phone.
2. Press the power button and the volume down simultaneously
3. Release power button when the ITEL logo appears but keep pressing the volume down key until the factory mode menu appears on the screen.
4. Use the vol down to scroll and power key to select eMMC
5. Wait for your Itel S32 mobile phone to reboot.
6. Congratulations!!! You have successfully hard reset your mobile phone

METHOD 3
1.Switch off your phone
2. Simultaneously press the power button and the volume up for a few seconds.
3. Release both the power button and volume up after being taken to the boot mode.
4. In boot mode select by using volume up and select “ recovery” and use the volume down to accept.
5. Thereafter, select “wipe data/factory reset” by scrolling using the volume down key and accept by pressing the power key.
6. Select “yes” by pressing the power button to confirm.
7. Finally, using volume down and up for scrolling, select “reboot system now” and press the power key to confirm.
8. Wait for your Itel S32 to reboot.
9. You have successfully reboot your phone and your Itel will be good as new.
