METHOD 3
- Turn off your mobile phone.
- Press and hold both power button + vol up at the same time.
3. When the select boot mode menu appears, press the vol down button once.
4. When the green android robot appears on the screen with a “no command” message, press power button once and you will be taken to the android recovery menu.
5. Using power down button, scroll to “Factory data reset/wipe data” and confirm with the power button.
6. Scroll down to “Yes—delete all user data” and confirm the option by pressing on the power button.
7. Thereafter, press power button to “Reboot system now”.
8. Congratulations!!! You have successfully hard reset your HUAWEI mobile phone. Wait patiently for your mobile phone to complete rebooting.

METHOD 4.
1.Power off your mobile phone.
2.Press and hold the power button + volume up all together at the same time.
3. When the HUAWEI logo pops up on the screen, release only the power button but keep on pressing the power up button until the EMUI page pops up.
4. In the EMUI page, scroll down using vol down button and select the option “Wipe data/factory reset” and confirm using the power button.
5. Confirm wipe of all user data by scrolling down using vol down key and select “Wipe data/factory reset” and confirm using the power button.
6. Wait for the factory reset to complete up to 100%.
7. Thereafter, select the option “Reboot system now” and confirm using the power button.
8. Successfully done. Now wait patiently for your HUAWEI phone to finish rebooting.

METHOD 5.
- Power off your mobile phone.
2. Press and hold on power button plus vol up button all at the same time.
3. When the HUAWEI logo displays on the screen, release only the power key but keep on pressing the vol up key until the EMUI page pops up on the screen.
4. In the EMUI page, tap on the option “Clear data” and thereafter tap on “Factory reset”.
5. On the next page, type YES and tap on the option “Factory reset” and patiently wait for the factory reset to complete up to 100%.
6. After the reset is completed successfully, tap on the “Back” option and tap on “Restart”.
7. Congratulations!!! You have successfully hard reset your HUAWEI mobile phone. Wait patiently for your mobile phone to finish rebooting.
