Once you try accessing your Lenovo Z5s mobile phone after performing a hard reset, it becomes quite hard as you are required to input your password or pin or verify your Google account as another option. With the use of a special computer software known as unlock tool, this becomes easier and fast and within no time, you will get your device mobile phone working again. For those wondering what unlock tool is, it is simply a computer software program as mentioned before whose function is to deal with phone related issues such as hard resetting and the main one which we will be focusing on today, bypassing FRP. We will discuss various methods on how to come about this situation and it is up to you to select the method that best suits your device.

METHOD 1

  1. When you power on your Lenovo Z5s device, you are required to input your password or pattern in order to access your device or rather you are required to verify your Google account as a second option.

2. Open unlock tool on your laptop or PC, select “LENOVO” as indicated in the image below and search on the type of Lenovo device that you would like to bypass FRP and click on it.

3. Thereafter, select the “BROM/EDL” option and below it tap on “Erase FRP”.

4. Power off your Lenovo Z5s device, press and hold volume up + volume down all at the same time then using a USB data cable, connect it to your laptop or PC and let go of the buttons once you see a screen such as illustrated below display on the right side of your laptop or PC screen.

5. Wait for the process to complete all the way to 100% and once successful, you should be able to see a message such as the one illustrated in the image below.

6. This indicated that the operation was a success. Wait for your device to power on and finish the initial setup where you can “skip” the unnecessary options and take necessary actions to the important ones.

7. Eventually, you will be directed to the homescreen of your device. Congratulations!!! You have successfully bypassed FRP on your Lenovo device and you now have free access to it.

METHOD 2

  1. Open unlock tool, select “MEDIATEK” option and tap on “flash” option.

2. Click on the “server” checkbox as indicated in the image below.

3. Thereafter, select the brand which in this case is Lenovo and the model of the Lenovo device.

4. Tap on the “Erase FRP” option. Power off your Lenovo device and connect it via a USB data cable to your laptop or PC.

5. Wait for the process to complete and you should see a dialogue displayed on your laptop or PC screen as indicated in the image below.

6. Wait for your device to reboot and finish the setup as required by skipping the unnecessary options and adhering to the important ones.

7. Thereafter, if you follow the procedure correctly, you should be directed to your  device homescreen where you are free to access it.

8. Congratulations!!! You have successfully bypassed FRP.

METHOD 3

  1. Open unlock tool and select “spreadtrum” option as shown in the picture below.

2. Tick on the “server” check box and select the phone brand which in this case is Lenovo.

3. Thereafter, select the model of the Lenovo device you would like to bypass and click on the “Erase FRP option”.

4. Power off your device. Hold volume up and connect your Lenovo Z5s device to your laptop or PC using a USB data cable and let go of the key once you see a message such as the one indicated below displayed on your screen.

5. Wait patiently for the process to complete and once successful, a message such as the one indicated below will be displayed.

6. At this point, you can now disconnect the USB data cable and wait for your device to reboot. Once your device is powered back on, finish the necessary setup as required while skipping the unnecessary ones and alas you will be directed to the homescreen of your Lenovo Z5s device.

7. This means that the operation was a success and you are now free to access your device freely.
