Once you perform a hard reset on your vivo Z5 device, you are required to input your password or pattern in order to gain access to your device or rather use your Google account as the second option. This becomes quite hard as you might not remember your password or your Google account password. There are various ways to come about this situation but the one that we will be discussing today is the use of unlock tool. Unlock tool is simply a computer software that deals with phone related issues such as hard resetting and bypassing FRP. We will guide you on various methods on how you can bypass FRP on your device using unlock tool and it is up to you to select the method that best suits it. Let us go ahead and get started.
METHOD 1
- When you power on your vivo Z5 device, you are required to input password or pattern in order to continue. Go back to the “Hello” page.
2. On your laptop or pc, open unlock tool, select vivo as illustrated in the image below and click on functions.
3. Thereafter, connect your mobile device to your laptop or PC using a USB data cable and click on “install driver” option.
4. Wait for the drivers to be installed and once successful, you should come across a message such as the one illustrated in the image below.
5. Thereafter, click on “active browser” option and a pop up message will display where you are required to select “continue”.
6. Afterwards, a message will pop up on your device where you will click on “view” and you will be directed to chrome.
7. Once in chrome, search for A2GSM.COM and open FRP Bypass.
8. On the next page tap on “VnROM FRP bypass” and you will be directed to a screen as shown below. Click on “settings”.
9. Scroll down and tap on the “system” option and on the following page tap on “reset options”.
10. Reset all settings and confirm your option and wait for the process to take action.
11. Thereafter, your device will reboot and you will be directed to the “hello” page.
12. While the USB cable is still plugged in, repeat the process whereby on the unlock tool software, select “VIVO”, hover over to functions and click on “install driver”.
13. Wait for the driver to be installed and once successful, you should come across a message such as the one illustrated in the image below.
14. Thereafter, click on “active browser” option and a pop up message will display where you are required to select “continue”.
15. Afterwards, on your mobile phone, a message will pop up where you will click on “view” and you will be directed to chrome.
16. Once in chrome, search for A2GSM.COM and open FRP Bypass.
17. On the next page tap on “VnROM FRP bypass” and you will be directed to a screen as shown below.
18. Tap on the “screen smartlock” option and you will be directed to a page where you can set the screenlock you would prefer.
19. Afterwards, head back to the “Hello” page as illustrated below and tap on start.
20. You will then be directed to a page asking you to verify your password or pattern, use the pattern or password that you set some moments ago.
21. Thereafter, you will be asked to confirm your Google account. Tap on the “skip” option on the bottom left of your device.
22. Accept the Google terms of service and eventually, you will be directed to the homescreen of your mobile phone.
23. Congratulation!!! This indicates that the operation was a success and you are now free to access your device.
METHOD 2.
- When trying to access your device, you will be directed to the google verification page.
2. Open unlock tool, click on “device manager” and connect your vivo Z5 device to your laptop or PC.
3. A screen such as the one shown below will be displayed and when you click on “portable device” you should see your device below it.
4. Thereafter, click on “android”, hover over to “Android image” and click on “FRP Bypass”.
5. A pop up message will be displayed where you need to click on “select” option.
6. Afterwards, on your mobile phone, a message will pop up where you will click on “view” and you will be directed to chrome.
7. Once in chrome, search for A2GSM.COM and open FRP Bypass.
8. On the next page tap on “VnROM FRP bypass” and you will be directed to a screen as shown below. Click on “settings”.
9. Scroll down and tap on the “system” option and on the following page tap on “reset options”.
10. Reset all settings and confirm your option and wait for the process to take action.
11. Thereafter, your device will reboot and you will be directed to the “hello” page.
12. Repeat the same process whereby on the unlock tool, tap on “android”, hover over to android image and click on “FRP Bypass” option.
13. Afterwards, on your vivo Z5 mobile phone, a message will pop up where you will click on “view” and you will be directed to chrome.
14. Once in chrome, search for A2GSM.COM and open FRP Bypass.
15. On the next page tap on “VnROM FRP bypass” and you will be directed to a screen as shown below.
16. Tap on the “screen smartlock” option and you will be directed to a page where you can set the screenlock you would prefer.
17. Afterwards, head back to the “Hello” page as illustrated below and tap on start.
18. You will then be directed to a page asking you to verify your password or pattern, use the pattern or password that you set some moments ago.
19. Thereafter, you will be asked to confirm your Google account. Tap on the “skip” option on the bottom left of your mobile phone.
20. Accept the Google terms of service and eventually, you will be directed to the homescreen of yourdevice.
21. This indicates that the operation was a success and you can now freely access your device.
METHOD 3
- Open unlock tool, select “VIVO” and search for the vivo device you would like to bypass.
2. Thereafter, click on “Erase FRP” option.
3. Power of your device, hold volume up and volume down altogether then connect it to your laptop or PC via a USB data cable. Only let go of the buttons when a message such as the one illustrated below displays.
4. Wait for the process to complete all the way to 100% and once successful you will come across a message such as the one illustrated below.
5. Your vivo Z5 device will reboot and directed to the “hello” page. Click on start and you will then be directed to the Google verification page. Tap on “skip” option on the bottom left of your device.
6. Accept the Google terms of service and eventually, you will be directed to the homescreen of your device where you are now free to access it however you feel like.
