HOW TO HARD RESET TECNO CAMMON 16

1. Long press the power key for approximately three seconds and slide down from the top of the screen to power off your device.
2. Hold onto the power key and the volume up key simultaneously and thereafter let go of the power key when the Tecno logo appears but keep pressing the vol up key.
3. The android robot will be displayed on your device’s screen with a “no command” text.For this you have to press the power key plus vol up key all together for a couple of times until the android recovery displays on your screen.
4.  Use volume down key to navigate to “more” and confirm using power key.
5. Select “wipe data” and tap the power key to accept.

7. “Reboot system now” by tapping in the power key.
