One of America’s great football players was born in the year 1997 to Lamar Sr. and Felicia. His parents received him on 7th January. Coming from almost nothing to look back at, he was a determined person for him to get to where he is right now. He used his poor past as an engine to make it in what he was best in as he never wanted to get back there. Being on of the best professional football players, he is from a poor background in Pompano with a family that was financially distraught in Florida. This situation however did not keep him down from achieving his wildest dreams in the football league.

Winning different types of accolades, Lamar has always kept it simple but still striving to be the best. He never let his achievements to cloud his judgment to be the best football player to grace the football field. Through his career as in the National football league he has achieved what many thought it was not possible. He has made a name for himself in his career even proving to the people from Pompano that nothing in this world is impossible if you focus and, put all your energy in it.

Life history before football.

He was born as Lamar Demeatrice Jackson Jr. in Florida at Pompano Beach. Lamar grew up in a section of the less privileged since his family was not well off. At the age of 8, he lost his father and grandmother. This was hard for him as he lost them on the same day after his father was in an accident involving a car. From the age of eight, Lamar and his siblings were raised by their single mother.

Demeatrice attended public schools where he was in the football team as his interest in football was immense. While young he played with his fellow professional football player Marquise Brown though they are in different teams. Jackson has played with many professional football players before they entered the National Football League including Trayvon Mullen, Calvin Ridley.

From the day he saw Michael Vick who was a professional player while he was growing up, he wanted to be an American footballer. This was his favorite football player and he wanted to be like him. From the age of 8, Lamar surprised his first coach, Van Wilson as he was able to throw a football 20 yards as a quarterback. This was just the beginning of his will to become a football player as in high school a video of him was taken when he was able to throw a football 100 yards which was stunning. He was studying at Santaluces which was a community high school before moving to Boynton Beach which was a high school in Florida.

At Boynton, he had a combined rating of 102.7 in his high school career which was in 16 games. In 2014, he received Lou Groza Palm Beach in which he earned the best high school football player. This earned him many invitations to different known college’s programs of football. After by much deliberation, Lamar joined the Louisville University where the head coach had promised his mother that his son would only play the quarterback position in the team.

In his freshman year, he played 12 games in total where he made eight starts. After his amazing performance in the freshman year, he was awarded the Most Valuable Player of the 2015 Music City Bowl. He had set a new record in the Bowl by going beyond the 227 yards along with 2 touchdowns. At his last year in University, he made sure that he left with bhang as broke the school record and set his own record with 8 touchdowns in the first half with completing 20 passes out of 39 for 411 yards, one touchdown. He had one interception, 199 rushing yards with 4 rushing touchdowns

Lamar is certainly one of the best American Football players to ever enter the field judging by his hard work that all his coaches have attested to. He is one to be looked up to in the football world. Lamar is an inspiration to the those born in the economically disabled communities that it does not matter where you come from but where you are going. One should just not look at the situation now but also what is the situation you would like to be in the future.

I think it is safe to say that Lamar Jackson is among the greatest American Football Players in history. His story is of hard work and determination. He is an athlete that is admirable in his art of work with no doubt.
