HARD RESET SAMSUNG J3

METHOD 1

1. Turn on your phone and navigate to setting icon.
2. Scroll down to the last menu at the bottom.
3. Click “System.”
4. Select the option labeled “reset options.”
5.  choose “factory data reset” option.
6. Tap the last “reset phone” to confirm you want to erase all data.
7. Enter a correct pin or pattern and select “yes erase everything” to continue.
8. Congratulations you are through! Wait your phone to restart and complete the initial setup.

METHOD 2

1. Power off your device or remove and reinsert battery
2. Hold and press power + volume up key + home button.
3. Release all buttons when Samsung logo displays on the screen.
4. By using volume down ,scroll and select “wipe data/factory reset” and accept by pressing power key
5. Use power button to confirm “wipe data” or navigate “Yes-delete all data” using volume keys.
6. Select “reboot system now “using power button.
7. Job well done! Wait for the device to boot
