MEDHOD 1
first turn on your device and select setting icon.
On the setting menu scroll down and locate reset “Backup& Reset” and click on it
On the next page choose the last option factory data reset
On the next page choose the option at the bottom of the screen
If you have any kind of screen lock pattern pin password if necessary make sure to confirm
Your device will take some time to restart
METHOD 2
Press power button and slide down your finger down the screen to shut down
ORDERLY press power and volume up buttons.
As soon as Tecno logo appears, release the power key but continue holding the volume up key.
While holding the volume up key an android robot image appears.
Simultaneously press the power key and volume up to bypass the image.
On the recovery mode page use the volume down key to scroll down and select the last option “more” using power button to execute the command
On the next page select the first option “wipe data” using power key to execute the command
In the next menu scroll don using volume down to the option “yes—delete all user data” and confirm it using power key.
Once the formatting process is complete, use the power key to confirm the first option “reboot system now”
